In consideration of being allowed to participate in Aerobeach activities and programs and to use its facilities, equipment, and machinery, I waive, release, and forever discharge Aerobeach and its directors, officers, agents, employees, representatives, successors, assigns, administrators, executors, and all others from responsibilities or liability for injuries or damages arising from my participation or use of equipment and facilities.
