forms of keeping the body, mind and spirit in harmony. Here are
a few examples of the positions. We recommend taking classes to
learn hands-on experience with a certified instructor.
Sky stretch: Reach up and look between the
arms and hands pulling up from the ribs and taking a deep breath. |
Stretching
the back while pressing forward with the arms and shoulders. |
Step
toward the feet and stretch the backs of the legs. |
Thigh
stretches with the front knee bent directly over the
ankle. |
Legs and feet together, arms straighten as
the lower back is stretched gradually. |
