CROSS-TRAINING : YOGA

One of the oldest and traditional forms of keeping the body, mind and spirit in harmony. Here are a few examples of the positions. We recommend taking classes to learn hands-on experience with a certified instructor.


Sky stretch: Reach up and look between the arms and hands pulling up from the ribs and taking a deep breath.

Stretching the back while pressing forward with the arms and shoulders.

Step toward the feet and stretch the backs of the legs.

Thigh stretches with the front knee bent directly over the ankle.

Legs and feet together, arms straighten as the lower back is stretched gradually.
